We are experienced, state registered, chartered physiotherapists and we have developed high levels of skill in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.   In other words, we are here to help you with any of your aches and pains!

We will take the time to listen to your story and then carry out a thorough and appropriate physical examination.   We will provide a logical clinical opinion on your problem so that you understand what is happening to your body. We can then use a variety of appropriate 'hands on' physiotherapy techniques such as soft tissue and joint mobilisation/manipulation, muscle energy techniques, electrotherapy and acupuncture.  

We will advise you on posture, ergonomics, lifestyle and specific or general exercise so that you can take care of yourself. It doesn't matter if you're young or old, have suffered a sports injury or road traffic accident, have a long standing back problem or have just had surgery, we have years of experience in treating them all and much more...
