We are state registered, experienced, chartered physiotherapists and as such we have developed high levels of skill in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.  

In other words, we are here to help you regarding any of your aches and pains!

We will take the time to listen to your story and then carry out a thorough and appropriate physical examination.   We will provide a logical clinical opinion on your problem so that you understand what is happening to your body.

We can then use a variety of appropriate 'hands on' physiotherapy techniques such as soft tissue and joint mobilization/manipulation, muscle energy techniques, electrotherapy and acupuncture.  

We will advise you on posture, ergonomics, lifestyle and specific &/or general exercise so that you can take care of yourself.

It does not matter if you are young or old, have suffered a sports injury or car crash ... have a long standing back problem or a or have just had surgery ... we have years of experience in treating them all and much more...
