Who we are

Body Logic Physiotherapy is owned by two physiotherapists: Paul Seyfried MCSP HPC and Liam Tanner MCSP HPC. Katrine and Sylvine work at the practice on a part-time basis. We're a small practice, which gives our clients a highly personalised service.

Paul Seyfried BSc(Hons) MCSP HPC

Paul obtained a BSc(Hons)2.1 in Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University. Prior to this he also completed a BSc(Hons) in Biology and Sports Science in London.

Currently, he works mostly at his private practice which requires a sound understanding of all aspects of musculoskeletal physiotherapy with a bias towards spinal pain and sports injuries. He also works as an Extended Scope Practitioner in the award winning Surrey Heath Orthopaedic Treatment and Triage Service. This is an NHS clinic where he works with a Specialist GP and an Orthopaedic Surgeon.

Paul believes in using a combination of manual therapy techniques and specific exercise which will eventually enable patients to make a full recovery and avoid reoccurrence. Understanding the causes of pain and disability are key to effective management.

Liam Tanner BSc(Hons) MSc MCSP HPC

Liam Tanner completed his physiotherapy training at the University of East London and has worked in a variety of private practices and hospital settings since his graduation in 2000. Over the years Liam has treated a wide range of people from the elite athletes to post operative patients, allowing him to develop his assessment and treatment skills.

Prior to undertaking his physiotherapy course, Liam also gained a degree in Sports Science and undertook an MSc in Exercise and Health Behaviour at City University, London.

Liam enjoys all aspects of musculoskeletal physiotherapy with particular interests in back and knee pain and soft tissue injuries. He believes that 'in order to make an individual better you must treat the whole person and not just the problem'.
